Today we prayed for:
An old friend, that she may know Christ;
A baby, 3 months old, going for her second surgery;
A father and pastor, going through a divorce;
A sister, for peace in the midst of a trial.
May the peace of the Lord Christ go with you.

We are not here to develop a spiritual life of our own, or to enjoy a quiet spiritual retreat. We are here to have the full realization of Jesus Christ, for the purpose of building His body.
My goal is God Himself, not joy nor peace, Nor even blessing, but Himself, my God.
